HOUSE RULES

1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
2. Must have a credit card on file to secure room rental and reservation.
3. No smoking in rooms, use designated outside smoking areas.
4. Dogs are allowed is some rooms, fee applies.
5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
7. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent.
8. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:

• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior notice for cancellation is required to avoid a charge to your credit card which is equal to one night plus tax based on the rate of the room you reserved. A “no-show” charge equal to one night plus tax, based on the type of room you reserved, will be charged to your credit card if you do not arrive without cancelling.
